Pure Logistics REITs Comparison @ 2 December 2020

There are only 3 pure logistics SREITs which are ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust, EC World REIT and Mapletree Logistics Trust. It may seem like not an apple to apple comparison as MLT is a big cap REIT as compare to the other 2. Nonetheless, let's see how they fare against each other. 2) Related Parties Shareholding - ECW
3) Lease Profile - MLT

6) Key Financial Metrics - ALOG & ECW
7) Growth Trend - MLT
8) Overall - MLT, followed by ECW.


For relative valuation, let's try to use the standard deviation method to gauge.
