Industrial REITs Comparison - Part 2 @ 8 December 2020

This is the continuous post from the previous comparison on industrial REITs. This time, I would compare the remaining industrial REITs. Sabana REIT is added into comparison as the merger is not gone through in last Friday EGM vote. 

* Growth Trend for DPU is not adjusted for any equity fundraising.

2) Related Parties Shareholding - ESR
3) Lease Profile - CEREIT
4) Debt Profile - CEREIT
5) Diversification - CEREIT
6) Key Financial Metrics - AAREIT & CEREIT
7) Growth Trend - ESR
8) Overall - CEREIT, followed by ESR and then AAREIT.

How about relative valuation?

For relative valuation, it is a tie between AAREIT, ESR & Sabana.
