Updated Theoretical Pegged Price for ALOG + ESR-REIT Merger

Yesterday, ESR-REIT has revised the merger proposal to higher cash consideration and higher consideration units to ALOG unitholders. Therefore, today's post would be a short one on the updated theoretical pegged price for ALOG + ESR-REIT merger.

Below is the revised proposal vs the original proposal:
Overall, the new proposal represents a 5.3% increase as compared to the original proposal. Based on the above, below is the updated theoretical pegged price table:

Due to the revision, the EGM has been deferred to March, the firm date to be announced later. At the point of writing, the share prices are S$ 0.47 for ESR-REIT and S$ 0.895 for ALOG. It is interesting to see how will the market react in the coming weeks. For those who are interested in MCT + MNACT merger pegged price, you could refer to my previous post.
