Mapletree Group's REITs Comparison @ 9 September 2021

I would like to try out something new, which is to compare REITs with the same sponsor (or sponsor's group of companies). This may not be an apple to apple comparison as each focuses on a different sector or a different geographical location. But this could give us a glimpse of individual REITs fundamental. For this time, let's start with the Mapletree group of REITs: Mapletree Commercial Trust, Mapletree Industrial Trust, Mapletree Logistics Trust and Mapletree North Asia Commercial Trust.

1) 52 Weeks - MIT & MNACT
2) Dividend Yield - MCT
3) P/NAV - MCT
4) Overall - MCT, followed by MNACT
