Previously, I shared a post titled REIT Distribution Demystified and Manipulatable Components where I explained the various components that can be adjusted for a REIT's DPU. Building upon that, I updated the SREITs Dashboard to incorporate this information, which is then being used in my REIT review and comparison post. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed or preoccupied with reading financial statements to understand the breakdown of distributions, worry no more. Now, I have consolidated the information for you, where you can simply visit the SREITs Data page and navigate to the "Div Breakdown" tab to assess the information.
Note that the information presented is based on trailing twelve months (TTM) of data. If you would like to access a breakdown for the past 5 years, I recommend referring to the SREITs Dashboard, which provides detailed information for individual REITs. It is also important to note, all information is based on best effort without any guarantee on accuracy & reliability. Additionally, in some cases, certain assumptions have been made to derive the figures.
