Singapore REITs that are at 52 Weeks Low with Dividend Yield above +2SD and P/NAV below -2SD

As I've shared previously in What Are the Singapore REITs YTD Returns as at 2022 9M Amidst the Recent Selldown, most of the Singapore REITs returns are negative. After all this correction this year, how do their dividend yield and P/NAV fare against their historical data? Today, let's try to explore this topic.

For a start, let's look at the overall figures before filtering out:
* CapitaLand India Trust & Dasin Retail Trust are Business Trusts

Now, we can start filtering those counters with +2SD Dividend Yield and -2SD P/NAV for all periods of 1 year, 3 years, or 5 years
  1. Cromwell European REIT
  2. Daiwa House Logistics Trust
  3. Elite Commercial Trust
  4. Keppel Pacific Oak US REIT
  5. Keppel REIT
  6. Manulife US REIT
  7. Prime US REIT
Besides Keppel REIT which has Singapore properties, the others are REITs with all properties in foreign countries. All 3 US Office REITs are in the list as well. Next, maybe I could try to tabulate the quantity of +2SD Dividend Yield and -2SD P/NAV for the 3 periods.

There are 17 counters from the above table, now, let's try to further filter the above list by removing those above the 10% percentile of their 52 weeks range. We will get the following:
  1. Cromwell European REIT
  2. Daiwa House Logistics Trust
  3. Keppel REIT
  4. Manulife US REIT
  5. Prime US REIT
  6. Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust
  7. Keppel DC REIT
  8. Sasseur REIT
  9. United Hampshire US REIT
  10. IREIT Global
  11. Digital Core REIT

If you are a die-hard MACFK fan, then there are a few for you from the list. Please DYODD and conduct a fundamental analysis first before you make any investment decision. Or, you could wait for the upcoming REITs' result announcements. Speaking of which, you could refer to SREITs Results Date for the result release date of individual REITs. 

The above is based on the closing price as of Friday 7th October 2022. Moving forward, this information would be updated on SREITS data page under the "Relative" tab, in replacement of the previous "Average" tab.
