S-REITs Dashboard & S-REITs Data Updates - Added DPU component %, Re-designed SREITs Data and Others

It's been almost a year since the previous update, and today, I have some updates for both  S-REITs Dashboard & S-REITs Data. These enhancements aim to provide you with even more valuable information for your investment decisions.

1) Stats Tab:

- Added dividend yield (TTM) breakdown based on major sector

- Added price & relative value percentiles for 1 year, 3 years and 5 years

2) Basic Profile:

- Replaced business mode with the fiscal end date

3) Key Indicators:

- Added 4 more key indicators: weighted average debt maturity, top 5 properties weightage, distribution from management fees paid in units % & operating distribution proportion

4) Diversification Profile

- Added major sector weightage

5) DPU Breakdown

- Added a chart for DPU component in terms of %

6) Historical Charts

- Removed each period's "current" value and indicated it only once for each chart type.

- Added average price for 1 year, 3 years & 5 years

7) Others

- Updated Note tab

- Added Disclaimer

- Removed REIT-TIREMENT review from Links

- Removed distribution from income support & distribution from divestment proceeds from Key indicators and re-arranged to immediately after Key Indicators

- Split the Dashboard into 2 parts instead of 3 parts previously

8) S-REITs Data 

- Re-designed layouts and colors for part 1 of 2 - Overview, Relative Dividend Yield & P/NAV & Distribution Breakdown 

- Re-designed layouts and colors for part - 2 of 2 - Comparisons as per my comparison post

9) Patreon Members Only

Starting July 2024, for Patreon members, the S-REITs Dashboard PDF will have the following extra information:
