- Phillip SGX APAC Dividend Leaders REIT ETF, USD
- NikkoAM-StraitsTrading Asia Ex Japan REIT ETF
- Lion-Phillip S-REIT ETF
The detail and arrangement for REIT ETFs are similar to individual REIT, albeit with lesser information. Below is the breakdown:
1) Diversification Profile
- Indicate sector, geographical and top 10 holdings
- Note that the % is weighted by NAV, and exclude the cash equivalent portion
2) Basic Profile
- Indicate benchmark, current price, dividend yield, expense ratio and other basic information.
3) Trend
- Show trend for DPU, NAV per unit and expense ratio
4) Relative Price Chart
- Show price trend, dividend yield trend, P/NAV trend and relative price table
