S-REITs Properties Map - Singapore Logistics Properties

One fine day last month, the idea of mapping S-REIT properties popped into my head. I wondered where all these properties are located globally and how many there are. Using Google My Maps, I initially aimed to plot every S-REIT property on a single map. However, I quickly discovered that Google My Maps limits you to 10 layers, meaning I could only plot up to 10 S-REITs per map. Therefore, I would first plot Singapore properties owned by S-REITs according to the sectors.

Before exploring the map below, here are some features to note. This interactive map lets you zoom, pan, and toggle between different REITs to view detailed property locations. You can select or deselect REITs by clicking the expand icon, viewing individual property addresses, and even switching to satellite view. Example images are provided for reference:

For properties with multiple sectors, such as IMM, Courts Megastore, and Giant Hypermarket which include both retail and warehouse elements, I would include them in both relevant sector maps. Different colors have been used for each REIT to improve visual differentiation.

Now, let's explore the S-REITs Properties Map - Singapore Logistics Properties:

I’ll be gradually adding more interactive maps to the S-REITs Properties Maps page, showcasing properties across various sectors. These maps could provide a clear view of how properties are distributed, helping you explore geographic concentrations, proximity to infrastructure (like MRT or highways), and the diversity within S-REIT portfolios. Whether you're new to S-REITs or an experienced investor, I hope this tool helps you visualize property distribution and identify potential opportunities. Feel free to share it with like-minded friends!
